*Upon request we will carry away the waste for an additional $5 fee.

*Special occasion pick up is available upon request. Please contact us or call 650-328-2880 to schedule an appointment or receive a price quote.

*Payments received after the 3rd of every month will be assessed a $15 late fee.

First Visit: Payment for the current month is due at the time of the first visit to your home.

Billing Cycle:
Billing is done 1 month in advance of service. If your service begins mid-month, we will pro-rate the charges and bill accordingly.

Ongoing Services:
Customer invoices will be distributed on the 20th of each month for the following month's services. Payments to Doggie Waste Away should be received by month end (the 30th or 31st in most cases) to guarantee uninterrupted service.

Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal check, cashiers check, money order, and credit card (via Paypal). Please make all documents payable to Doggie Waste Away. Your payment can be given to the representative or mailed to:

Terms & Conditions:
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction as a result of our services. If we have inadvertently missed a deposit, please contact us immediately and a representative will promptly return to the property to remove the waste.

Refer A Friend - If you refer a new customer and he/she remains a new client with us for at least 30 days, you will receive 1 free waste clean up (Approximate Value: $15).
